Registration Of COVID-19 Vaccination For Foreign Residents In Thailand

ViMUT Hospital in collaboration with the Department of Disease Control, the Thai Ministry of Public Health have offered COVID-19 vaccination services (first dose) to foreign residents in Thailand. The services are free of charge with the following inclusion criteria;
The target groups in the current phase is for:
1. foreign residents 60 years old and above
2. Pregnant women, gestational age is 12 weeks or above are required to present the medical certificate from the hospital to confirm that vaccination is allowed.
3. foreign residents living with any of the following underlying diseases:
- Severe Chronic Respiratory Diseases (CRDs)
- Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)
- Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
- Cerebrovascular disease
- Cancer patients receiving chemotherapy
- Diabetes
- Obesity (weight > 100 kg or BMI>35 kg/m²)
4. Pfizer vaccine is available but AstraZenea and Sinovac vaccines are not available.
Condition:
Due to the limited number of vaccines, this registration is for those who can come to receive a vaccination on September 1-10, 2021 from 9 AM - 12 AM only, otherwise it will be cancelled. This form can only be used for one person at a time, please choose preferred time at your convenience. If a duplicate registration is found, it will automatically be deleted.
Please note:
This COVID-19 vaccination registration is for foreign residents living in Thailand.
If you have already been infected with COVID-19, please await for 90 days from the day your test showing positive for COVID-19 to receive the vaccine.
