• The stated price includes the physical examination according to the package for specialized heart conditions, as well as hospital and nursing service fees.
• This package does not cover fees for other specialized doctor consultations or additional medication costs incurred if the doctor recommends further tests outside of the package. It also excludes take-home medication costs and doctor's fees for consultations regarding abnormal test results.
• This package cannot be combined with other promotional programs, claims from partner companies, insurance companies, or other discounts.
• The hospital reserves the right to change terms, conditions, times, prices, and other details without prior notice.
• Please schedule your appointment at least 1 day in advance.
• This package is exclusively available for Thai nationals and foreigners holding Thai citizenship.
