• The stated price includes doctor’s fees, hospital service fees, and hospital service charges.
• This package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional programs, claims with insurance companies, or any other discounts.
• This package does not include specialist consultation fees, medication costs, or other additional expenses that may arise from the doctor’s recommendation for further examinations beyond the package.
• The hospital reserves the right to adjust, amend, or change conditions, prices, and details without prior notice.
• This package cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other individuals.
• Please make an appointment in advance before receiving the service.
